You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

In case you exercise the right of withdrawal, the basic condition is that the product (s) be returned within 14 days from the day of the announcement of the withdrawal. The products must be accompanied by their original packaging, in excellent condition, without damage, complete and with the relevant documents.
Upon your return you are given the following alternatives:
Replacement: Our Company will do its best to replace the product you return to us either because the size is not right for you, or because you want another product code, or because this product is defective.
Refund: The refund will be completed within 14 calendar days from the date of the announcement of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In any case, the Company has the right to return the money, after receiving the products and checking their condition. All products returned to our Company’s warehouses are subject to meticulous quality control.
Return shipping charge:
Product return is FREE ONLY in case of defective product.
In case of change or replacement, you will be charged the return cost (to us) each time.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, with a refund, the money will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made (Credit Card – Deposit).
In case of cash on delivery, the money will be deposited in a bank account that you indicate to us.
* In cases where an order is not delivered to the final recipient under the responsibility or negligence of the same, kitten.gr will not send the order again.
In the case of cash on delivery methods which the customer at his own risk or negligence did not receive and wishes to be sent again, shipping costs will amount to € 7 (including VAT), which includes the cost of both shipments and one return. Payment of the total amount of the order will be made only by depositing the amount in a bank account or payment by debit or credit card.
